Lenny Siegel founder of the Center for Public Environmental Oversight (CPEO) promotes and facilitates public participation in the oversight of environmental activities at federal facilities, private “Superfund” sites, and Brownfields. http://www.cpeo.
CPEO has its roots in community activism, and it provides support for public advocacy, Its work is based upon six principles: Empowerment, Justice, Education, Communications, Partnership, and Credibility.
2012 Congressional Candidate Dan Lamb will speak to attendees.
Donna Lupardo is sending Brian Shea, Legislative Director, be there to provide comments on New York TCE legislation and speak about roadblocks encountered.

Lenny Siegel will offer a national update on vapor intrusion investigation and mitigation as well as the latest on exposure standards for TCE and PCE”.
He will also provide participants with a basic understanding of the bio remediation cleanup process being employed successfully to cleanup toxic waste brown field sites all over the country.
